On 23 May 2025, the Malaysian Association for Training Providers (MATPRO) paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Programmes Officer of HRD Corp, En. Soffian to introduce our newly appointed committee members and reinforce our role as the national representative body for Training Providers (TPs). Apart from sharing our short term and long term plans, this meeting also provided an important platform to explore collaboration opportunities, share updates on industry developments, and strengthen our shared commitment to supporting the growth and sustainability of the TP ecosystem in Malaysia. During the discussion, being the voice of TPs, MATPRO also tabled several key issues of concern raised by our members. It was indeed a very fruitful meeting with positive actions. We look forward to continuing similar engagements, not only with HRD Corp, but also other bodies and entities that are interrelated with the training eco system, working towards practical solutions that benefit the entire TP community and the training industry at large.
