The First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of MATPRO was successfully held on 20 June 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya.

The event began with a briefing on the various initiatives undertaken by MATPRO to benefit its members. This was followed by the EGM, where members reviewed and approved the Association’s Constitution with the consent of the quorum.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for members to engage in meaningful discussions and contribute to the future direction of the Association.

Before the event concluded, members were informed about the upcoming MATPRO Retreat scheduled for November, with further details to be shared during the Best Sharing Practices session on 2 July 2026.

The event ended with a networking session over lunch, allowing members to strengthen professional connections and exchange ideas in a relaxed setting.
